Eurest Catering Services...

Is pleased to provide catering services designed for your needs at NFCU. This brochure will serve as a guide to assist you in making your choices. If there are special arrangements that need to be made outside of the information listed in this brochure, call our management team here to assemble a custom catered event that meets your needs. It is our goal to make your job as easy as possible and to meet and exceed your expectations.

Fees for Non-Eurest Catered Events

Eurest will make every attempt to support the Navy Federal Community in any way possible.  As part of our support function, we are available to assist in food and beverage functions even when Eurest is not the primary source of catering.  Below is a list of optional items that Eurest is happy to provide in order to assist in making your food and beverage function successful.  All arrangements require a minimum 5-business day notice.  Please note that because we are a fully functioning food and beverage operation, some items may not be available based on other catering business needs.

Service Fee - $75 

Labor Fees - $25/hour

Linen Tablecloths - $10 each

VIP Spandex Tablecloths - $18 each

Place Settings (Disposables:  Plate/fork/knife/spoon/cocktail napkins) - $1.75 / setting

Disposable Cups (per 25) - $5 / 25 cups

Serving Platters - $6.50 each

Serving Tongs/Spoons - $3.50 each

Beverage Bin - small - $10 each

Rolling Ice Bin w/ Ice - $25 

Reservations

We ask that all reservations be placed as early as possible. We understand that impromptu requests are sometimes necessary, and we will make every effort to accommodate those requests. If you have not received confirmation of your request within 24 hours, please give us a call. All orders will be confirmed the night before your scheduled event.
